Sinop University Rectorate dated 26/10/2018 and numbered 5916 with the establishment of Türkeli Vocational School in Türkeli District 29/11/2018 dated 29/11/2018 Higher Education General Assembly of the Law No. 2547 Law No. 2880’la Law No. 2880 Uncle 7/D It is deemed appropriate in accordance with Article -2.
With the decision taken at the Higher Education Executive Board meeting dated 19/12/2018, Türkeli Vocational School; “Emergency and Disaster Management Program” under the Department of Property Protection and Security in accordance with Article 7/D-2 of Law No. 2547 with Law No. 2880, “Child Protection and Care Services Program”, Under Children’s Care and Youth Services Department, Health Under the Care Services Department, it was deemed appropriate to open the “Home Patient Care Program”.
As of 2019-2020 academic year, educational services are carried out in the “Children’s Conservation and Care Services Program” under the Department of Children’s Care and Youth Services and under the “Home Patient Care Program” under the Department of Health Care Services. In the 2021-2022 academic year, education and training was started with 30 students in the “Emergency and Disaster Management Program”.

Vocational School Building, Güzelyurt Mah. Mustafa Bozkurt Cad. No: 9 Türkeli/Sinop. As of 2023, there are 2 faculty members and 7 lecturers in our Vocational School. The service building has a closed area of 2,310,00 m2. There is no open space. Türkeli Vocational School has 5 classes, 1 drama class, 1 computer laboratory and 1 patient care laboratory.
